Introducing megatROM!

After updating to VC, I was moved to get rid of Sprint ID.

This is my first ROM and it's custom tailored to how I want the system, there are apps removed that you may want. You may or may not like what I've done, but I wanted to get rid of the stuff that I don't care about.

Your mileage may vary on a V8 or V9 system.

On to it I guess...

• Stock Kernel (supports CPU Scaling, but not overclocking)
• Stock theme with Circle Battery Mod
• No Sprint Bloat
• Boot Animation from Dysgenic (xda-developers)
• Launcher Pro
• Zip-Aligned apk's

• WIFI Scan interval set to 60s

• MVPDM (FC'd in initial ROM build)
• SIM ToolKit (We're a CDMA phone...)

• Live Wallpaper Support
• Voice Search
• LG Setup Wizard
• Stock Voicemail
• Stock Email

As for all ROMs, please wipe /cache and /dalvik-cache in Custom Recovery prior to flashing. If there are any issues, wipe data and re-flash.

Wireless tether FC's, will look at that when I boot my Mac back into Windows.

I'm just rooted VC and loaded nROM 1.5.1. I like trying new roms, but your rom won't boot. I just get stuck at the boot animation. Please advise.

Uninstall and reinstall from the market. Probably some permission issues.

Format cache and clear dalvik-cache. Will boot up fine after that.

Did you wipe data in the custom recovery? If so, I'll have to see what I can find; still new to this, so please bear with me.

You are correct. The FC was caused by my restoring of the data, but once clearing it and re-setting up the app, I couldn't connect to the tether.

Uninstalled and re-installed to a working tether. Posting from it now. Will pull this apk in the ROM, don't know if the one in the kitchen is fresh.
