[ROM] Official CM10 Nightlies on your GS3!

What happened?

Basically I flashed aokp build 5 and it would only boot to the Samsung screen...then black. I think the reason it happened is because I flashed like 5 things at once. ROM, gapps, kernel, baseband etc.

Everything about aokp is amazing except 2 things that I'm trying to get over. Lock screen vibration is always on, and you can't set the capacitive keys to what you want unless you choose to have on screen buttons

I'm still on M2... To be honest, I haven't been having any problems at all. Everything has been running smooth. Ever since that Nova update, I haven't had any glitches.

Was thinking about also trying (codenamedriod), it's cm10 and aokp combined. There is a stable version for our device.

I was on m2 and it kept wanting to reboot over and over until I would do a manual reboot or battery pull. I tried clean flashing it a few times. Haven't tried CNA yet but they tend to be more buggy when throwing all that extra stuff in the fold. I had tons of bugs on Baked ROM even though it was sick looking

Oh I didn't know that about cna.. I can't think of why you where having them problems with Cm10. I guess that's why they say every phone could act a little different than others.

You can always give it a shot. I mean it doesn't take long to go back if you aren't satisfied. I get bored and do it all the time. I have just found that when they are adding all those custom features there tends to be more things that can go wrong. Creccaj got me thinking this mentality and now he's getting me into aokp the more he posts about it Haha.

Lol, yeah I have been reading his posts about it. Makes me want to try it to. I just can't get past that unicorn thing though. I hate unicorns.

You can disable the boot animation or put a custom one on your SD card with aokp

Oh... Didn't know that. Maybe one of these days when I get bored I'll have to flash it.

You guys should try Paranoid Android. I was flashing CM10 Nightlies but i went to PA and havent looked back. I love being able to customize the resolution of individual apps. Pretty awesome.

PA has always been a solid ROM. Not my personal favorite but it isn't my taste. Dev has done some AMAZING work on that ROM.

Guys KT kernel and aokp 5 = winning combo
