To get themes to work make a folder in data/system and name it theme.. I just tried it.. it worked

Download Solid Explorer. Go back and click data. Allow root acces.

Next to to Data/System. Here, create a folder called theme.

Is this like the HTX MIUI rom, in which all images in the rom are resized to mdpi? If not that could be something to add for an update.

No not everything is resized, but most of it is. And in the next update mms will be fixed, you won't have to manually set apn, you won't have to make theme folder, and some tweaks and apps will be added. I'm sorry but I have been really busy

Well I got a small update. Fixes themes not being applied. You no longer have to make a folder.
