Great ROM. Finally decided to upgrade from ThunderROM 1.5.2 to Nameless.
Steps I took:
replace thunderC recovery with xionia recovery
took nandroid backup
used LG software updater to get my phone to VD baseband
reboot recovery wipe data, davlik, cache
flash nameless
reboot
let it fully boot up
reboot recovery and flash noiqagent
sign in to my google account
restore apps and app data from titanium backup
Its been 2 days and so far its running great. I used it same way I did before with Thunderom and so far my battery is at 70% with 1 day 1 hour 27 minutes run time. Not bad
I did notice one thing. I play Bubble Buster and noticed that my phone would freeze up every so often while playing the game. Is that because I didn't enabled hardware acceleration via JIT tweak option? i think thunderom had it enabled by default.
Great work. can't wait for notification controls so i can free up some space on my screens

Voicemail issue!?!
so as Ive read the voicemail app is no longer on the phone, I can still call my voicemail number and get them via sprint.
As a alternative I tried the google voice app.
I set it up but found out according to this site its not supported
Google Voice
So I setup google voice, activated my phone and when someone calls they get asked a mailbox pin instead of a option to leave a message.
Has anyone had this issue?

After you setup the app on your phone: Goto Google and search "google voice". Sign in, click the top right wheel. Click voice settings. Activate voicemail number. Then setup as appropriate.
or just download the sprint voice mail apk and it is the way it was originally.

Returning to Nameless from Scott Pilgrim CM7
Anyone tried this? After having reformatted to run 2.3 how do I get back to 2.2 VD? I tried wiping d,c,d -- flashing Nameless -- reboot to recovery -- flash IQagent -- but get hung up on the Android boot splash

I have no trouble restoring my nandroid backups. I can swich between Nameless and Scott Pilgrim without problems.
Also, there is no harm in formatting system again from mounts & storage (just in case cm7 left something behind), but I don't think it's necessary (I'm assuming you're using xionia clockwork recovery).

Wait, so as you listed your steps you:
1. Flashed Nameless
2. Rebooted to Recovery
3. then flashed noIQagent
Is this correct?
If the above is in fact correct...
You need to:
1. Flash Nameless
2. Let the Phone FULLY boot into the Android OS
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Flash the noIQagent (or one of the themes in Nick7's theme post as they also remove the IQagent)
If you did not perform the steps in the above order, your phone will not boot. The ROM has to fully boot for the noIQagent flash to work, or you will get stuck on the android boot screen.

which is the pin setup, and it keeps looping through it.
When I enter the * codes on the phone it opens the call, beeps 3 times then hangs up??
Its driving me nuts, Im not sure if this is related, but whenever I get a call it won't ring even though my sound (Media/in call/ all of them are at max). And the speaker works. How hum.
Nothing like a phone that wont wring and has non working voice mail. The mailbox now asks the caller to enter a pin lol

this rom is awesome!!! The only thing i would like is the calendar and alarm widgets that had came with latest thunder rom? where can i get the app? or is there a link where i can download them?

Yeah that's because deskclock.apk was replaced with alarmclock.apk
If you want it to work pull deskclock.apk from a stock ROM or thundeROM and install it on your phone.

drag the deskclock.apk from /system/app of thundeROM onto your sd card. Install it with a file explorer.
