Any news on an update Sprint Apps? I would change it myself and share to the rest of the community, but I have no idea what and where to change. If someone would be willing to tell me where and how, I'll do it and save the devs from having to change something that is trivial for most.
Just wanted to report on my battery life with this ROM. So much better with v2 as oppose to Nameless v1. After 24 hours, I'm still at 65% with light-moderate use: some surfing, alot of texting, pandora streaming and 30mins phone calls.
Great rom!!! really loving this. Just have some force crashes when using ChompSMS with the quick reply feature turned on, but I can deal with that.

Never was a fan of Sprint apps myself... Always wanted a way to remove them. ha. GL in your venture.
I can't seem to get these great battery times. I do have Beautiful Widgets polling weather every hour, data sync on, facebook update every 2 hours, Exchange email "push".
Wow...a NASCAR fan. Thought I'd go my entire life without meeting one....I have finally seen everything lol...j/k
When I'm having people test their internet connection I tell them to "go to a page you have never been to before like nascar.com" and 100% of the time they laugh and say "ya i've never been there".
I run a similar setup. Weather and news widgets that update every hour, data sync on, exhange email w/ push, gmail, and also aim and live email accounts that sync every 15 minutes. I havn't had the rom installed long enough to vote on the battery life but I'll try to murder it today and see how well it does.
HOLY CRAP... I have only ever used thundeROM and a gingerbread rom that I found... I like this one best so far... oh yeah... CyanogenMod was the other one. supposedly that was supposed to be the fastest rom you could put on this device specifically, but I don't think so anymore.. I used thunderom exclusively until now. I love this Rom. You guys did a phenomenal job on this. Thanks for all your hard work.
Also I have a friend getting an LG Ally that wants to root and use custom roms on it,.. any chance someone could point me in the right direction to help him out? thanks in advance... if this rom is available for that device I would love to be able to let him know.

I had the worst battery life EVER yesterday. Came off the charger at 100 percent, used Winamp to play music for about 20 minutes on the drive to school and it was down to 92 percent. Powered off during a test for three hours, then spent the majority of the afternoon either idle or light use (a little browsing, some Facebook/Twitter.) At 4:30, it was at 75 percent when I took the kid to a parade downtown. At 7:30, it was at 23 percent and had only had about 30 minutes of web browsing in that three hours.
Spent the drive home on the charger while I made one short phone call and it actually LOST battery.
Waiting to see how it does tomorrow, but it seems like my battery life is entirely dependent on whether or not I'm near a crowd. Had Nameless v1 do the same thing last week, where I lost 40 percent of my battery in two hours doing almost nothing.

I have updated from v1 to v2, I did not wipe Data just 2 others..
All working Great, except when I try to update Google Maps & Bump, It will either say Unsuccessful or Freeze & Reboot
Any Suggestions before I Re-Flash & Wipe Data & Cache's????

have you tried to install the newest updated apk of both instead of updating? This way it replaces the one u have.... I uploaded google maps newest version on the forum yesterday... I can send u a link to it if you need it.

Here is the most up to date apk of maps..
unzip to your SD card and then install with your favorite FILE MANAGER

you also need an updated copy of Bump?? If the maps apk works for u i would be willing to make u a copy of bump.apk as well...

Yes, I keep data syncing on always and I have a weather widget that refreshes every 6 hours. I turned off Facebook syncing because that's drained my battery in the past.
Any way we can change the look of the launcher? I'm fine with how it works, but not feeling the top edge. Maybe it should be concave instead of horizontal?

Tried installing thru file expert & get "File Not Installed"......
I don't know why you all are having bad battery life I been playing a game for the past hour and I only dropped 15% battery life.
I think its time you all get a new battery this Rom is great.
