guys, i just rooted my sister's optimus. does this rom support a2sd? and if it does, do i need to partition from ext 2 to ext3 or just leave at ext 2? thanks so much

You don't "need" to do anything as far as I know. Just go to the applications in settings menu and tap on "move to sd card".
i'm sorry guys, i'm coming from an evo and there is a script called darktremor's apps2sd that makes android think that an extension of the sd card is actually part of the internal phone memory and will install all apps on it. so you can set the extension to be (example) 1 gig, and now you have a gig of memory to install all of your apps on. this all happens natively and there is no pushing it through setting to the sd card.
I never experienced any issue with it. I know that you can change the size of the ext2 and 3 from recovery but I've never had to...

I flashed everything and formatted the sd card (due to some issues with it) and after I flashed it it worked better than before. I took it off the charger at 7 am and at 11 pm it was at 70% though I had very minimal use with it, but still good.
Yesterday I upgraded from V1 to V2.1 and once again its the best rom ever. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.

If I flash the Reborn ROM, it works great for about a day. After a day, I get switched back to 1x instead of EVDO.
Rebooting the phone I get a "Hands free activation failed". Flashing the ROM again (and only the ROM, deleting no cache / dalvik / data / etc) I get EVDO back.
How can this be fixed without daily reflashing?

Sounds like you need to update your baseband.

Modified Theme?
So, I'm unsure if anyone would be interested in my modified theme... (or if this is even the right place to share it)...
Basically, I've been running this for my own use for a while, and thought I'd share. Basically it uses some of the icon's from darkhorse theme, and some from the theme kitchen (asked for permission over on XDA some time ago... for the darkhorse theme) and the modified power background posted earlier in this thread... I like the change in icon's... I can provide the bee background too if you're interested...
(and if I'm wrong about things I'm certain someone will let me know.)
