I have now flashed every rom available and keep coming back to this one. It just seems to work the best for the setup I have. Awesome work Keith!

The one issue that I seem to be having is my EVO no longer automatically queries for connect to pc preference. I have the

Ask me about USB ... to a PC

box checked and yet nothing upon connecting to laptop or netbook.

Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas?

With toast's NAND? I'll be in Honolulu this weekend and I am excited to see what 4G is all about since the San Francisco/Bay Area doesn't have it yet.

which ROM manager are you using, this is my first root / custom rom, and my only dislike is having to reinstall and place all my apps and widgets again....

Is there a way to update the ROM and keep all the applications and settings?

Yeah, I finally got it flashed. I had to temporarily remove radio.zip from root of SD card, then reboot device and then put radio.zip back on root of SD and then it worked. Kinda weird, but it worked.

SO I've flashed and wiped, and reflashed again, and I get no sound. I get no sound on boot screen (don't mind) as I've read others have experienced, but when the phone boots up, I get no sound then either. Very odd. No sound in calls, or music or pretty much anything.
Anyone else have this issue?
I think I'll look for the stock rom and try again.

you can use titanium backup to back up your apps/widgets/data etc...

Haven't seen that issue with the Evo myself. But HTC had the same problems with some Heros and Erises. Can ya get a logcat after a fresh boot?

Keith had that happen once while testing as well. Something causes People not to generate thumbnails. He backed up with Titanium, wiped data, restored and all was well.

also, my usb is a bit quirky, after i disconnect it, it still thinks its plugged in, and ideas?

Pull battery, put back in, hold power and volume rocker, go into recovery console, try again. =)

You have to wipe your storage. Basically what liquid said, but at recovery goto erase storage, power button, power button to confirm and there you go. power back on and you are good to go.
