so as far as updates go, do i have to wait til you update your rom with current updates, like google now, or firmware updates?

Whats a good keyboard that uses t9, right now i only have the android keyboard from wicked, and i hate typing individual letters

Swiftkey and Swype beta both use predictive text.

I always try to update my rom as quickly as possible if a new firmware were to release. If a themed app like market or something updates I usually try make a flashable update zip to bring it to new version and Skunkape usually post it for you to flash.
I may try to put together another version with regular Google Search this weekend for people that don't like the Google Now. I'm not promising that it will get done this weekend, but I will try.

Cant people just turn off google now? Or is it completely different even with it turned off?

Installed Rom, Love it! sweet work!
I miss Google Wallet, I found a thread about how to make it work and not get the "this is not a supported device " error" but cant find it again.
can anyone point me back to it or help me get it working again.

thanks!

Device not supported just means that you are rooted; the app will still work just dandy (I use it all the time, and mine has the banner too).

Device not supported means Google knows you are rooted and don't give you tech support if you have problems, that is all it means. Unless you get the secure element error, then wallet is fine. I don't that error will surface much anymore because they moved the secure element to the cloud from what I have been reading.

Just flashed this today and I'm really liking it so far as I play around with it.

Questions:
Since you can use the volume keys to take a picture now how do you zoom?

I see 2 music players in my drawer. What's the difference between the two? I always use Google or Slacker so I'm not sure if they were already there to begin with.

To zoom pinch the screen for zoom.

Which music apps are you talking about?

There is one with a music note that says music and the other looks like a speakers and says music player. I think that might be the stock player because it has the squares in it.
Both of them look like they just play stored music only. I could be wrong though.

I believe they're both stock...

Thanks. The one with the music note is miui music player. I just included it along with the stock one because I personally like the theme in it better than the stock one. But some like the stock better so I left both.

Has anyone had trouble while being on a phone call and when another call comes in it sometimes crashes the phone app? This has happened to me a few times. Also, if you are playing a music player the volume up key behaves as a rewind key for music is this how the ROM is set up?

Thanks,

I haven't had any of these issues but to be honest, I only get one or two calles a day and haven't been on a call while receiving another one. I also don't use the music apps that came pre-installed. I can say that PowerAmp doesn't do this. Try this for the music. For advancing the to next and previous tracks, press and release volume up or down. To change volume press and hold volume up or down.

I'll give it a try after I put some music on it. I used to use Easy Phone Tunes on my Photon but I haven't tried putting anything on this one yet. Any recommendations?
