[ROM][WIP]CM10.0.0-RC0-BobZ

I was testing the A2SD++ script and found that my system acted weird. Example is play store FC's...anyone have the problem with this script.
Also found that the scripts zipalign was not working...from a logcat: I/run-parts( 87): /system/etc/init.d/40a2sd[99]: zipalign: not found

I'm going to use my original scripts for this next release...

Seems to be working great for me, in that I have not had too look into any issue I was specifically having. It take two tries to get the script to stick though

No data issues for me.
I was just flashing another build and it a cured to me that the script moves all the data to sd-ext...so if sd-ext is not formatted then old info is being used! You guys have not flashed another rom since changing over to A2SD++, so everything has been good for you! I need to do more tests with sd-ext formatted between builds...which sucks, because then we need to re-install apps. I'm not sure if I'm going to include that script...unless I edit it to only move apps and dalvik. Anyone have thoughts on this issue?

I say just include it all the way
It seems its good for everyone if its working why nit just include the mod un edited?
But on the other and apps and dalvik would be good because then when new rom is flashed the old data isn't transferred so I say do what you said:D

I'm still having data issues. I reflashed everything, and before I did I wiped/formatted everything there was to wipe/format except for the sd card. I'm on the ZV9 baseband; could that be the problem? Or is there a setting somewhere else that needs to be changed manually?

a2sd++ is working perfectly for me. I removed all files, except 00banner, from the \system\etc\init.d\ folder before I flashed the ROM, and inserted 40a2sd, using 7zip. I'm having no issues with the Play Store.

Keep up the great work Bob! If I lived closer I'd volunteer to work on your remodel job so you could spend more time on the ROM! ;)

I do have some data issues. If I am on wifi for a while and the try to go back to 3g, 3g doesn't turn back on. I have found that if I keep mobile data off, and only turn it on when I want to use it, it is usually there. I added "toggle mobile data" to the power widget, so it's an easy enough workaround. Also a2sd++ is working well for me, pasted into init.d. I had about 40mb free before, now 177. I installed 22 apps from the play store, no fc.

On most CM9 and above builds, I also find that streaming audio cuts off after one song. When I reverted to Gingerbread, the problem went away. Not sure if it's a CM problem or an ICS/JB problem.

im on opti S and i havent had any slowdowns or data issues :/ When i first tried it was was honestly gunna PM you asking how you got it so fast finally.

This is easily the 2nd fastest Rom i have ever used.
First is my MIUI rom :)

Seems well trusted, flashing right......now.

Just some notes on my experience so far:

Extremely stable. Sort of slow, but that's to be expected. Minor graphical glitches that have been reported already.

It seems that if I receive an MMS while I am out of range of a strong 3G signal, it gets stuck at 'Downloading...' and never comes through, even when entering an area with semi / full signal strength. Not sure if anything can be done about this, but GB and ICS ROMs don't seem to have this problem, they will come right through as soon as my mobile data is rocking again.

This may have been reported before, just trying to shed some light on why some of you are still saying MMS doesn't work.

I've had to reboot a few times to get mobile data back as well.

Thanks for the ROM, Bob. It's great.

Updated OP...sorry for the delay!

I haven't had any data issues lately, but I'm still on baseband ZV4!

Are data issues fixed? I remember have problems with data going in and out...
