Root integrity scan results; 157 files missing?!

[AC Question]

I have an RCA Voyager 2, after multiple malfunctions and factory resets I ran a root integrity scan ( twice just to be sure). The results were 157 missing files. I am running 5.1.1. I'm no noon to computers, but have not played around much with mobile devices. A little guidance would be appreciated.
