Rooted GT I9505 // Update from 4.3 to 4.4

Hey! I need help to update my s4 to 4.4 and unroot.
Do I factory reset my phone?
The reason I want to unroot and update is because im going to sell my phone.
I have searched for tutorials but I only find outdated ones.

If you unroot (use SuperSU's completely unroot function) it may update, but you may find the update failing at about 22%-25%. That's because it was once rooted. Then you'll have to flash a 4.4 ROM.
