Rooting Lg G4

I have looked everywhere for the steps for rooting lg G4 phones. I was curious to know if anyone else knew how to find the steps and explain any cautions before starting the rooting. Not too worried if I brick it because it has a few cracks on screen and figure it would be a good way to practice for my first time attempting it. Thank you guys

Welcome to the forums. Doing a simple Google search I got a bunch of hits, but appears to be version and carrier specific. Search on "how to root lg g4" and take your choice. We also have a Root forum here on the site.

Install twrp recovery for your phone then download super su zip and flash it via recovery
