Royal Blue color defect

I purchased Moto X (Royal Blue) and after few days it started becoming yellowish on the edges. Is it manufacturing defect or handling problem. Can I change the back cover it looks really very shabby. I don't want to use back cover.

I would contact Motorola and see what they say.

I would contact them. They will probably give you a code to design a new one if you just bought the phone.

It's the soft touch paint, which absorbs all the dirt. Mine is royal blue and is dirty around the edges, too. I might call Motorola later to see what they can do... if nothing else, maybe I can get a case out of it. If you do manage to get a code to design another one, you might want to search for a color that does not use the soft touch paint.. or go w/ a darker color.
