Rumor: Sprint iPhone. Would apple do it to take away heat from Evo?

Let's be real here. If the iPhone launched on Sprint, it would drain most of the attention away from the EVO.

I thought it was confirmed that ATT had exclusivity with Apple until 2012. There is no way this is happening. However, at this point it would be interesting because with 4.0 I think Apple will finally have gained parity with Android at least as far as features are concerned, making the decision between an iphone and an evo more difficult. I still wouldn't buy an iphone on Sprint, because the biggest factor for me is the itunes lock in. Once Apple sucks you into their ecosystem, good luck with trying to do anything outside of Apple.

Though it would be interesting to see it on another carrier (or all four major carriers)
