I'm in Denver and hardly get 1mbps on 4G. Got 5 when I was out at DIA other than that its been terrible and I always drop to 3G even though I've got a full signal

I'm getting 10-15mbps on 4G in San Antonio using the 2.11 leak. Had one 5mbps. Will keep it checking randomly to see. Radios in 2.11 seem a little better than 2.10.

Do I download the EXE from my phone or on a PC
and how do I run it

plug your phone into computer and run exe from windows thats it
