I pulled out my S-pen the other night to jot down a number and it wouldn't work. (Sidenote: it was in front of an iphone user who smugly laughed and said, "Aaaah! It's broken!")
The pen stays on "eraser" even though the pen icon is highlighted. I got the pen to draw but only if I hover away from the screen and press the button on the pen. It then draws wildly but as soon as I release the button, it's back to "eraser". I've tried messing with the settings but just can't seem to get it to work. I really don't want to do a factory restore but it's starting to sound like that's my only option. Anyone kknow what could be causing it or any potential fixes for the problem?
