So I just got the Samsung Galaxy S4. Whenever I try to use S Voice, it never listens to my commands. If I press the microphone button S-Voice immediately says "I didn't hear that. Please say it again" with literally NO time for me to ever say a single thing. Also, saying "Hi Galaxy" never gets it to pick up on me either. Anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it?

I don't think it's a mic problem. I should have mentioned, in other places (such as dictating to a word document) I am able to speak to my phone and it transcribes it perfectly. I only run into this problem with S Voice.

Okay try clearing cache in svoice you go to settings apps all and look for svoice

Or go to svoice settings and check the sensitivity you have it set too

Hey thanks. Clearing the cache and restarting it solved everything for me. Should have thought of that myself. Thanks again.
