OK!, Let's start here first. Go to your Samsung app drawer and tap S Voice mic. Then when in S Voice tap lower left menu button and go to settings. There you can pretty much check mark everything.
Go back to your home page then settings and make sure Voice Control is on.
Also go to settings>phone>sound and notifications and Un check>vibrate when ringing so you can tell the phone to answer or reject a call. (It does not have to be on Hands Free mode.)
See how that works for you and get back to us to report!
I use S Voice to pretty much control all my phone functions!

Sent from my Galaxy Note 3 "Size Does Matter!"

No, I meant, go to your apps page and open your Samsung folder. That's where you will find the S Voice mic. Tap on the mic and it will open S Voice. Then tap your menu button (bottom left) and choose settings. Then go from there as I instructed above!

when I went to APPS....... Samsung folder..... and tap S voice Icon , the program opens for a while and the closes itself showing "Unfortunately , S Voice has stopped" in a white rectangle in the center of screen......

Have you tried Clearing the Cache Partition in recovery mode and restart?
And maybe go to settings>storage>general and clear cached data?

yes, I got again S voice stopped......

last week I did a factory reset after a month of being in Lollipop
everything works smooth, except S voice.........

thanks a lot for your help!!

Could you possibly have a 3rd party app that has something to do with S Voice?
Try going into "Safe Mode" to disable 3rd party apps and see what happens!
If you get this figured out let us know!

no way...... try a "wipe cache partion", and turning on "safe mode"... same thing... no S Voice

I can't remember of a standard procedure for "Unfortunately..... has stopped", it's reported a lot for different apps. I don't have my Note 3 or a pc.
I never used voice control, S Voice or OK Google.

Don't some people disable one to use the other. Not disable but is there a default applications choice between S Voice and OK Google. People could change S-Voice appearing bottom left with a long press of the Home button I thought.

Also has the OP actually wiped the cache partition in Recovery Mode with the external buttons and the phone off, or just cleared cached data in Storage.

Maybe Force Stopping the S-Voice app in Applications Manager amd disabling as much as possible, then rebooting and enable it again to let it update itself.

Clutching at straws here, so don't thank me. If I can also find something on a pc later.....

it's strange..... S voice opens for a while, then closes and the "Unfortunately........" thing comes on
But if I press and hold Home Button to see all the open Apps, S voice is there apparently Open!.......

if I go to App manager Svoice it's not listed in "Downloaded"
BUT If I choose "Running"(in App Manager) there it is !!!!!! apparently running.........:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The standard procedure for "Unfortunately......has stopped is to clear the cache partition which the OP said he has done!
You can't Force Stop S Voice on my Note 3, in fact you can't do anything because all the selections are grayed out, even clear data!

It's not a downloaded app.
It's part of the Samsung "package". You can't remove or even Stop S Voice! .
