S10 Plus Bluetooth switches to another device while on a call

[Android Central Question]

I have my phone paired to a Plantronics Savi headset at home and my car's handsfree. Every time I 'm on a call in my car and pull up to my home, my phone drops the car's bluetooth and switches to the Plantronics headset. I then need to either pick up the phone or turn on the speakerphone to continue the conversation. It's really annoying!
