Still nothing from my order has shipped yet. First it was delivery by 3/2, then 3/3, then 3/5 but other than changing my estimated delivery dates nothing is happening with my order... :'(

I received my phone last Friday (512gb brown unlocked). My Samsung tag was included. I had gotten an email a few days ago saying the rest of my order should ship by 3/5, but today I got another email saying that it was still delayed. I ordered the buds, uv case, charger, s pen, and a phone case. The good news is, to start with, I was afraid the phone was too large and heavy, but after a couple of days of use, I have gotten used to it, and I love it. I am really loving the 120 refresh rate, and the cameras are a noticeable improvement from my S10+. I really hope the rest of you get your phones soon!

Glad you like it! Same thing here I came from an S10+ and thought it was going to be too big cause I had a Note 8 once and didn't like it. But I am so used to it now. I love everything about this phone it's great! I haven't set up or tried Samsung pay since MST is gone but would like to see if it still works at a couple normal places I used it at. But it's not a big deal one was at work and we have a special app now we use for the cafeteria so I don't need it for work anymore. And since we got the 512 I am ok with no card. I love it!

I ordered on Jan 26, payment verified two days later. Navy 512GB. Zero movement on website at all. Got an email on Feb 23 confirming my order, with correct original order date. Email states that my phone will ship in 4-5 weeks. As of today it's already been 5 weeks. Called Samsung and all they can tell me is what my order page says. Confirmed order, January 26, Processing, will ship in 4-5 weeks. No estimated date, no reason for extra 5 week delay.

If it wasn't for the free buds and 50% off accessories, I'd cancel and go buy s black one at Best Buy.

Terrible service from one of the world's biggest companies.

I ordered about 5 things, and the only one I have gotten is the tag which shipped with my phone. I'd love to get the Buds Pro and UV sanitizing case soon!

I got mine on launch day, everything delivered with the phone. But unfortunately all accessories started getting backordered pretty soon. So depending on the accessory I think you just have to wait now.

Have you tried chatting with Samsung support? I had chatted Samsung Support to ask about the accessories and they said they'd escalate the buds pro because the Estimated Delivery Date kept changing and disappearing. I didn't actually believe they were escalating anything, but when my phone FINALLY shipped on Friday the accessories followed pretty quickly after the phone. Try chatting them just to see if that gets your order some attention..

I opted for the $250 eCertificate. Has anyone gotten that yet who also went this route? I'm curious what the details are because I'm probably going to sell it to a buddy for $150.
