S21 Ultra 512 GB - Has your pre-order been delayed?

I pre-ordered the S21 Ultra 512 GB in Phantom Titanium with the understanding that it wasn't expected to be delivered until March 2nd. Samsung emailed me over the weekend saying my order has been delayed for more than 30 days. I'm afraid this is the first step for them to cancel my pre-order. I will be patient and wait as long as I eventually receive my order. Has this ever happened to anyone before and you still received your full order? I would love to hear that I have nothing to worry about.
 
Sucks that it's delayed but I don't see why they will cancel your order. It's a custom color and especially being 512 GB which are produced in much smaller numbers adds to the delay.

If you don't mind waiting then you should eventually get it since yours is pre order and they will fulfill it. If it was me I don't have the patience to wait one day , but if you don't mind waiting then I'm pretty sure they will not cancel it and fulfill it.
 
Same email sent to me. Same delivery date also. I haven't had any changes to my delivery date after receiving that email have you? Still shows March 2nd like it did the day I ordered.
 
Texas. Winter crippled power grid and life for millions in disarray for n I w - on top of whatever production & supply issues.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for both of us that we still get our phones by March 2nd! Keep me posted if anything changes, hopefully for the better.. :-)

My shipping date was February 16th :(
 
Just got email,, weather prevented shipping.. Not the 512 but my order has been delayed a week, now due 24th for s21u silver 128gb.
 
Just got an email saying congratulations you have successfully canceled your order... When I go to view my order, they canceled the camera that I bought with the preorder money. Pretty irritated. I didn't cancel anything. They did. Also, I feel they'll have to give me a credit or something to compensate for the preorder amount I used on that camera.

It was a standalone camera that was part of your order that Samsung canceled? Are you going to reach out to them and ask them to compensate you or see if they can uncancel the camera?
That's what's scary to me, that they'll just decide to cancel the order they haven't fulfilled yet..
 
I got the "delayed more than 30 days" email less than an hour ago. Interestingly, the items listed as affected by the delay are the accessories I ordered with the phone, so I don't know if this means I'll receive my phone separately from the accessories. The Samsung website also gives me the option of cancelling the accessories, but not the phone.

Maybe, sounds like just the accessories are delayed. What does it show your estimated arrival date for your phone and what phone/color did you preorder?

It shows my estimate delivery date as February 24th, which at this point, I highly doubt. I pre-ordered the 512 GB brown Ultra.

Sounds promising, and hopefully it's making progress and you won't have to wait too much longer. My order is still showing the cancel button. I just wish I knew how much longer it's going to be...
 
I ordered on 21 Jan, order said 4-5 weeks. I received email the other day that my charger is delayed (unknown time), showing March. No news on the phone, 512 Navy

Hopefully you get yours soon. Keep us posted, I'll feel more hopeful once I see some people are starting to get their pre-ordered phones...
 
I just got an email from Samsung that my phone shipped today, so I guess I'll get the phone before anything else. I'm not sure if I'll feel safe walking around without the phone in the case for a while.
