S21 Ultra calling issues

So ever since I got my refurbished S21 Ultra from Ebay a couple months ago, it's performed flawlessly in everything except in phone calls.

A lot of the time when making calls there's weird noises. Mostly weird buzzing noises. It seems to not do it as much when when not on Wifi calling. I have read another person encountering a similar issue with their S21 Ultra.

I can make calls, it's just kind of annoying. Any ideas what this could be and if it's fixable?

Is this only when using the phone's earpiece speaker, or also on speakerphone and wired/Bluetooth headphones?

Only on earpiece speaker as thats the only way I make calls. And sometimes after disabling Wifi it seems to get better, or isn't there. Sometimes it is.

Try rebooting your wifi router

No it's not just my Wifi. It's anyway wifi I use.

Try this , go to setting> advanced features>turn off video call effect

Ughh. Tried that. No luck.

Well it's been doing it since I first got it, so I fail to see how it could be that

It's still worth testing by using speakerphone or headphones. If the problem only happens when using the earpiece, then I would suspect a hardware issue with that speaker. If the problem happens even with speakerphone or headphones, then it may be more of a network issue (or possibly a firmware issue).
