s3 stuck on set up wizard after hard factory reset

I recently hard reset and recovered my gs3 and now im stuck on s
the set up wizard. It lets me register all my details up until its ask for the name of who the phone belongs to I enter my name them I get this message. (Unfortunately, com.sec.android.cloudagent.dropboxoobe has stopped.) Please help.

Boot into Recovery mode, perform a cache wipe and then another Factory Reset and see what happens.
