I'd suggest starting a new thread with an appropriate subject line. Many more people will see it that way than will see it buried in this old thread.
But first, try shutting it down and pulling the battery for a few minutes. That probably won't help, but it's easy to try. If that doesn't work, I think you're probably going to have to do a factory reset.
