S4 (i9506) stuck on wireless charge

I've recently experience problems with my i9506 and wireless charging.

When I put the phone on the wireless charging "plate" - EP-WI950 it sometime starts charging immediately. Occationally it would start charging after several minutes on the plate.

Some weeks ago the phone started failing to detect that it is removed from the plate and get stuck in "charging mode". The visual indication that it's still charging remains in the status bar at the top, and the battery symbol do no longer update itselves as I continue to use the phone.

Dont know exactly when this behaviour started or if it could be linked to an FW update from Samsung. I'm on the unlocked nordic generic FW.

Anybody else experiencing problems with the wireless charging?

Have you reboot the device?

Clearing the cache may help with this - you can do this from within the Recovery then reboot and see if it continues.

I have done a factory reset and a cache wipe on the device for no avail. Rebuild app for app manually. Problem still there....

Same problem here. Verizon Note 4 stock ROM, Lollipop. The only way to "snap" the phone out of it is to restart. Also, I noticed it happens only after the phone is charged to 100%. If removed before - problem does not manifest itself.
