Hello

Recently my Galaxy S5 got the Android 6.01 update. Since then, when i leave my phone over night, in the morning it takes 7 seconds to wake up. 7 seconds till the lock screen appears. I disables the app sleep mode. However, i believe it has something to do with the new Doze feature.

This issue appears only if the device is not touched for several hours. I cleared the cache already. Same as before. A hard reset is not an option.

Some more ideas?

You can't really solve this I'm afraid. It because of Doze. When you pick up the device it has to get out of deep Doze mode, which causes your phone to be unresponsive for a while

So, it's actually not a bug, but a feature? Is there now way how to disable this "doze" functionality?

I didn't recognize a better battery life. So i really don't need it.

By the way, since Android 6.1, "auto brightness" works only randomly. Is this issue known?

Thanks
