S6 lollipop 5.1.1 issue

Hi hope someone can please help,Im on 3 network in UK,I had to return 2 s6 because they were faulty they were both on 5.1.1 updated via ota I'm on third s6 same network this s6 however is on 5.02 and its saying I'm on latest software I have also updated via smartswitch but still on 5.02 can anybody tell me what's up with this?? Many thanks

What was your other 2 s6's doing to be replaced while using the 5.1.1 update?

Maybe they pulled the update because multiple users where having problems with it after updating and having to file claims? Just a guess in the dark as I'm in the US.

You need to update it puting the device in Download Mode in Smart Switch.

Home Buttom, Down Volume Key and Power at the same time, then connect it to upgrade.

It did upgrade with smartswitch Jimmy just not to 5.1.1
