S7 Edge Issue with exchange email when you click the details the From: To: and CC: is blank!

There is an issue with samsung s7 edge regarding exchange emails normally when you click the Details tab on an email you should see the from: to: and cc:. But now it is showing blank screen (all white). I have tried restarting the device and reconfiguring the email but still the same. I checked my colleagues S6 mobile its all working fine.

Any ideas? TIA

You must have turned off animations to speed up your device. Go to Developer options and put at least 0.5x in Animator duration scale.
