S7 Ringtone and Notifications volume auto decrease

I've had this phone for a few days now. I'm having an issue with my volume settings...they seem to adjust themselves. I have them set where I want them, and without touching the phone they adjust themselves (the Ringtone and Notifications only) to a mid range level. I do have Power Saving mode disabled, so I'm sure that it is not the cause behind this issue...
Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

I use an app called Volume Control. It did use to be called Persist.

Installed volume locker and it didnt work
