S7 - Wipe the Cache Partition regimen

So what's the difference between going into recovery and going into Settings>Storage>internal storage. This is a lot simpler

They are different processes and clear different cache files. In the cache partition the system saves copies of apps you downloaded, logs and other temporary files. Wiping this partition doesn't free any storage.

The cached data in your storage settings is created and used by all your apps to improve performance. Clearing this files will give you some extra storage.
