S8 and 512GB micro sd card?

[Android Central Question]

Hi everyone,

I still love my S8 but wondered if anyone can confirm if a 512GB micro SD card works in them? I know in theory it would and the 256GB limit from Samsung is likely based on technology tested as available at the time. Just didn't want to buy the SD card if there are any problems at all
