s8 casting to xbox one x proble

Ive had some issues connected to smart view , like the regular video player wont show my xbox but if i switch to picsa it connects. The main problem im having is that its extremely laggy when casting from phone. I have so much video downloaded on my phone because i dont have a computer. Is there a perfected way to cast my videos on the s8 plus yet?
