S8 Google Assistant problem

Hi

I'm having problem when I use Google Assistant to make a phone call via Bluetooth, Google will wake phone up then says calling xxxxx via loudspeaker, why will not use Bluetooth earpiece? I have to tap the Bluetooth icon once it starts calling and voice gets send to earpiece. Is this down to phone or Google Assistant?

Already tried removing all locks from phone even AOD but still same problem.

Need to find solution as Google Assistant picks contact names better then any other assistants app.

It looks like that last update was creating problem, after I uninstalled update Google Assistant will send voice to Bluetooth earpiece and not the phone speaker when you make phone call from locked screen, also I did disabled Bixby so not sure if this had anything to do with it.
