S9 sumsung galaxy

[Android Central Question]

I have samsung S9. how do i shut down music people hear when they call me. phone is dailling and music is playing in the background.when i answer they only hear music.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like a Ringback Tone, which is a carrier feature. I'm only aware of Verizon having Ringback Tones, but there might be others. Go to your account page on your carrier's website and see if you have Ringback Tones included in your plan (or if you're actually paying for them, because they're usually an extra cost).
