Sam Galaxy s4 loses network & won't reconnect?

The building has wi-fi, like the others do, but my 4glte bars become empty with an X. When I leave the building it won't reconnect automatically, I have to restart my phone. It's just annoying to have to do it and if anyone knows how to fix it I'd appreciate it!

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu>Advanced, and see if there is a Smart Network Switch option. Turn that off, and see if it makes a difference.
