Samsung A50 Very slow charging

hi Guys,

Ive got a samsung A50 for over a year now. A while ago, i cleaned the usb c connector as the cable was falling out all the time. Now, suddenly, my phone charges very slow, and fast charge doesnt work anymore. Sometimes only charges 10% in 8 hours. Someone has any idea what could be the problem?

Switch adapters and cables, nothing seems to work. The usb-c connector is clean now.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the A5 forum to the A50 forum.

If the USB-C port has been loose, then I would suspect a problem with the port itself. Is the phone still under warranty? If so, contact Samsung. If not, then bring it to a repair shop.

it was falling out all the time, so i cleaned the port, a lot of debris came out, now it locks good.

What did you use to clean the port? Could it have gotten damaged?

But it still charges slowly? It's still possible that the port got damaged in some way.

Hi..makesure and check your battery in healt condition,, ago..my asus ze601kl have a same problem,so iam replace the battery and problem fix
