Samsung A51 Restarting On It's Own - Please Help

Samsung A51 Randomly Restarting on its own

Auto Restart is turned off

Have done a Factory Reset through phone and through bootloader

Have wiped cache through bootloader

Have done a Reset Network Settings and Reset Settings through phone

Bixby not on home screen or side bar but still using Storage

Gone to Mobile Klinic where they done a force update and rebuild of android

And it did again last night a few days after they did it

Please Help me with this issue

Umm how did Samsung block their play store app ,only Google can do that ?

I know right in my Gmail they Bloatware company's constantly complain to Google and Samsung to take down the applacation

We are extremely sad by these actions. We are working towards restoring the app on play store.

The one I have my phone right now is the one I purchased through the website and that they said there was only a minor difference with UI

She has the same one (PD MDM, ver 10.0 I assume) that I got from the website and that I had sent the 4 emails trying to find out how I could get the up to date version (15.2 is it?). We both had the same version from the Play Store that you have from the site, mustang. We got what is an old version when we recently bought it from the site.

At least Esma got a reply about that. at least it works.

As I recall, there were a lot more options in the menu of the Play version. Is that how you remember it? If so, it's hardly just a small UI difference for us. At least it works, even if it is old.

I finally heard from the PDP dev after 2 weeks and 4 emails.

It's the same response as Esma received. Blaming Samsung for blocking it in Play and claiming the older version from their website is the "same in functionality, only a minor difference in UI."

I'm skeptical about them having the same functionality, but at least it works.
