Samsung A7 (2016) stuck on a Theme

[Android Central Question]

So I accidentally erased the File for the theme I was using, when I went to change the theme, the Theme Store shows from 0% to 100% and then the Theme Store crashes. It ends up with half of a theme and half of another. I cleared the cache and data form the app, however, when I enter again my past downloaded themes still show, and the "Deleted" theme says Applied, so I can't erase it.
