Samsung and Apple is better than HTC, Sony, Motorola in naming their flagships for the average buyer

Should HTC, Sony, LG, Motorola follow Samsung footstep to name their flagship?

Back ween phones gave lot of artistic freedom and there was ton of them no body cared about it ; p and most popular phone was Nokia 3310

Before the original RAZR V3, was there any phone who had a name that really caught on?

Is the HTC M7 now HTC flagship phone to be released this year?

More "name confusion" ahead. Here's a suggestion for HTC, pick a name for your flagship and stick with it.

Example:

HTC M
HTC M2
HTC M3
HTC M4

similar to

Samsung Galaxy S
Samsung Galaxy S2
Samsung Galaxy S3
Samsung Galaxy S4

I find it kinda funny that everyone on here thinks it is too hard to figure out what the new flagship phones are if they don't have a number behind them. I can't wait for the iPhone 26, or the Galaxy S17. You don't see car companies naming cars like that(Imagine the Camry 2, or Civic 8, Taurus 32) , or TV's, Refrigerators, Stoves, etc. I was hoping Apple would set that trend after the iPad 4 to drop the number scheme, but it was only to not piss of the people that just bought the 3.
