2/9 during the unpacked event. And I just got notification Samsung canceled my order. The reason in my email says they're unable to fulfill it? My AT&T account shows I'm upgrade eligible again, waiting on hold for a Samsung rep now. This is the weirdest ordering experience ever.

Yeah I’m seeing posts on Facebook bout people Samsung preorders were randomly canceled . Has Samsung disclose why yours got canned yet?

Same here. Ordered 1TB ultra,red from Samsung on feb 9th. You think we may get it before march 9th?

Mines still show "In process" and expected delivery Feb 25, 2022 on the app.

FexEx app shows expected delivery of Feb 22, 2022. But it still in the "label created" step.


Would be nice if I got it on the 22nd but I dont think it will. It would be nicer to have an update from Samsung.

My email initially said the 23rd after it shipped but now Samsung says the 22nd. FedEx always said the 22nd. I'm hoping it does come the 22nd since Destiny 2 the Witch Queen will launch and the servers will be crap that day....gives something else to do. Lol.

I tried to have mine held at a FedEx location, but FedEx said I couldn't at the request of the shipper. May have to pay extra for the delivery window.

Woke up and...still in Fedex purgatory. Still showing 2/22 though, so I am hopeful.

Same here. Im assuming it leaves tx tonight for Memphis and then tomorrow flies out of memphis

Samsung's email originally said the 24th but FedEx is now saying 22nd. I'm OK with either day of course 22nd is better than 24th

The rep I spoke with said it must have been a glitch in the system. He couldn't see any other reason for it because they should've been able to fulfill the order by the 25th. He saw where I was upgrade eligible and that my preauthorization was valid on the card I used.

yesterday, mine went from Irving TX to Coppell TX. eventually, at 9:00pm last night, it left Coppell.

this morning, it arrived in Fort Worth TX and then went on to Memphis. 4:05am arriving Memphis.

9:05am, there was an update scan saying "Shipment arriving On-Time".

i guess the 9:05am comment is to say that all systems go, things are working normally at FedEx?

My Husband's & My phones left Coppell, TX at 3:35p yesterday & almost 21 hours later they scanned at 12:19p arriving in....Coppell.

Mine just got picked up and is scheduled for a Tuesday delivery. But here in Minnesota we'll be having a pretty serious blizzard on Monday and Tuesday, so I have my doubts...

Just got an email from Samsung. Samsung says my phone will arrive on the 24th, but FedEx says the 22nd. Now I'm confused.
