I got my portable battery already. How did you get the tracking number? I have 2 packages in the FedEx app. One that's 1 lb and one that's 0.5 pounds. Yet the buds say backordered so I'm trying to guess what I'm getting. I spoke to a Samsung rep on the chat and she told me that the 1 lb box was probably the phone.My 0.6 lb box is confirmed for me to be the wireless portable battery (matching tracking numbers)

Gentle reminder for those who can't have FedEx delivery manger because it's shipping to a business etc. You can use FedEx track by reference and reference number generally is "Order#"_01 (eg: US1527373_01), enter postal code, country, today's date and search. If shipping label is created for your order it'll show up there.

Track by reference or FedEx delivery manager will give you the fastest updates since it'll let you know as soon as label is created to your address. Samsung systems may take a while to update the order details or send email.

for those folks who do see a label generated, may i please ask what you see in the "shipment facts" tab?
there is a "Special Handling Section" which says "Delivery Weekday, Saturday Pickup" -- this implies that the package will GO OUT TOMORROW, SATURDAY, right?
then, there is the "Anticipated Ship Date", which says "Sat 2/29/2020"
that leaves little to the imagination.
finally, there is the "Estimated Delivery Date", which says: Tue 3/3/2020 by 4:30pm.

You have to manage your delivery on the FedEx site. I'm not sure if you are only able change that initially or not. I know some had issues making changes.Mine say directed signature required on fedex manager .expected delivery is tues but I am at work.no one else will be home .can I send package to say Walgreens so I can get after work.I did that last year but I don’t remember how .does anyone know
