For those ATT orders, when did your cancel button disappear, when did your label appear, and were you charged?

cancel disappeared on Wednesday. label appeared yesterday. no charge.

I had buyers regret and cancelled my pre-order of my 20+ and yesterday preorderd the 20 ultra 128 in grey. Still shows ship by March 6th but buds are shipping later now. I still have the cancel button but figured I may have to wait which is fine bc once I saw them in person I realized the ultra was the way to go. Everyone made it seem like it was this huge tank, it's actually more comfortable then my note 10+

I know, I don't think they realize that the ultra is smaller where it matters, width. It's not a tank for sure

Yeah with my small hands I can't reach the far left of the phone using one handed. The ultra I had no problem and it a fraction of a size wider then the 20+ I was going to get.

For those of you who can't be home when your phones will be delivered you can print this form from FedEx Release Signature Form - Leave Packages at Door without Signature - Release Forms : Release Forms and fill out the info and make sure you sign it and they will deliver it where you choose. I did this last year for the S10 preorder. My Fedex driver stated as long as you sign a paper with the tracking number on it releasing the item from them they will leave it. Just as long as nobody steals it.

for those of us who ordered accessories in the same order as the phone itself, are we supposed to look for TWO FedEx shipping labels created, or just one?

There is no correct answer to your question. I've heard of both scenarios where everything is shipped together or the shipments are split.

I have bought a few cases for the Ultra and tried to slip my Note 10+ in for comparison. The Ultra is going to be skinnier and taller and, as you stated, smaller where it matters! Easier to hold as Beth said......Glad I went with the Ultra and took advantage of the upgrade cash!

But you are better having held at Walgreens or Fedex. Does the release, release Fedex/Samsung if phone stolen? If it does, risky.

Always hold for pick up at FedEx or some other location.

No change on mine. S20 Ultra 521gb ordered 2/22 still able to cancel.

Yeah that's what I did but it saved an additional $40 on my S20 so it was worth it.
Same expected delivery date too.

For me I am only 3 minutes away and I have a Nest camera that will notify me when they are there and to keep watch on the packages so I can go straight home and get it. But yes I agree this may not work for everybody and risky if you are not fortunate enough to work very close to home.

Yep this is the like 5th time I've cancelled and re ordered lol. Bc I keep changing my mind and or getting more discounts to be had lol. I got 70 off my order

You can't release if it its marked direct signature required

That release form only works for shipments that are marked indirect signature required which these usually aren't. I have heard of a few exceptions but it was either a mistake on how it was sent out or driver discretion.
