I ordered right when it went live, 128gb Ultra VZW and no label for phone but accessories are being shipped.

I ordered on the 26th, unlocked ultra 128. FedEx has my shipping info, should be here Wednesday

So weird LOL I hate this waiting game but I play it every time a new phone comes out. I hope to see another shipping label for my phone tomorrow.

Never could figure out how the shipping process goes. I still have so shipping label and i ordered on launch day. People who ordered a week after launch are having devices shipped early.

I got the Galaxy Active 2 for my discount. Anyone have it? Any good?

I have the Active 2 in silver. I love it. I didn't realize how much I missed having a watch until I started wearing this one. My favorite feature is the alarm. I sometimes turn off my clock alarm by hitting the wrong button and finding myself racing to not be late for work. With the watch I feel the vibration before I hear the sound and I can swipe left for the snooze a couple times if I need to. Texting without opening my phone app is easy and quick. 95% of the time the text is accurate. There is so much you can do with the watch! Bonus is changing the watch face as often as you like...feels like a whole new watch each time. Usually my charge lasts 3 days unless I am using a live watch face, then it is 24 hours. And full charge takes about 60-90 min.

I agree with that, Samsung's shipping is very weird.

The expedited shipping is on the FedEx side not Samsung processing

It matters if you want to receive the phone a day early after shipping just like any other time. It has nothing to do with pre order or normal order, it's how fast you want it once it ships and FedEx has it in their hands. If receiving a day early doesn't matter then yes don't choose expedited shipping any time not only during pre order.

During pre-orders the phone always comes sooner than I initially expect it to, so paying 14.99 to get it 3 days early instead of 4 day is not that important.

I agree completely and I always choose expedited shipping and I get the phone one day early, for example I'm getting mine delivered tomorrow, Monday and most everyone else I see on the forum is getting theirs delivered Tuesday or later. But that's just me.

But that has nothing to do with the shipping. You got lucky, your order was processed by Samsung already. Samsung could have very well not processed your order till Tuesday and you would get it Wednesday. It's a crap shoot, I'll save the $15. When I do pre-orders, I expect the phone on release day, anything earlier is just a bonus because Samsung or whoever shipped earlier, that $15 does nothing to get Samsung to do your order quicker.
