Anybody notice trade in value dropped and credit is much lower. For example I have pixel 3 and before it was $300 trade in and $235 in credit and now it's $200 trade-in and only $100 credit. Talk about bait and switch

I went to the thru shop samsung app. I had no issues. I ordered an unlocked s20 +. It took my trade in a S10 +. And 200 credit.

I was able to order. I qualified for the extra credit, but just ordered with the standard $200 credit so I could get the device reserved. Not the end of the world for me.

It only gave me $150 credit
Even though it promised $225 and there was nothing about my $35 pre-preorder credit.

I'm tempted to cancel the whole d*** thing. I'm going to bed, I'll decide in the morning.

I found two different things on Samsung.com depending on which link I followed. Neither had the $235 from my registration email. I'll wait to see if I get a pre-order email in the morning.

Pre-ordered with the $200 credit rather than the $235. Got the pixel buds and an extra battery.

Unlocked s20 ultra, grey, 128

Also, the $600 credit for the S10+ was only good if financed through AT&T. If I want to pay in full, it is only $310 credit. Even the $310 is not showing up as a credit when I get to the checkout page. Samsung really does not want me to upgrade between the high prices and the lower credit.

I still got my $600 for S10 paid in full (unlocked though)
