Also, on Samsung's site it says that only my Buds shipped but the package that's being delivered today is 2 lbs. There's no way the Buds are 2 lbs. Do you think the phone could be in there even though my order status says "Partially Shipped"?

Its very possible. Mine shows nothing on Samsung but on fed ex shows everything arriving today (phone) and tomorrow for everything else
No it's not, they can ship it out tomorrow with overnight shipping. I've seen them do this before even without paying for premium shipping, which is why I never pay for premium shipping

Its the phone. Mine phone is 2 lbs . Buds and wireless charger are 1lb each shipped separately

The Ultra is a beast! I am thinking maybe I should have gone for the S20+ size wise
Chatted with a rep today (knew I wouldn't get answers but it was cathartic to mash the keyboard at them). Rep went on about "carrier versions" need more time because of carrier stuff, blah blah. Also said I won't get my accessories (buds+) until after I get the phone. Oh, also said "I'm sure you'll get a shipping notification soon", yeah? You sure?? right, whatever "soon" means... I bought the damn phone so I would hope I'll get a shipping notification at some point, thanks for stating the obvious.
I feel for all the service reps who have to feed this BS to angry consumers day after day. I can't really get mad, since the release date isn't until Friday. I't s like getting mad stuck behind someone going the speed limit.
Anyway, mine is a Verizon (S20+ 512). Anyone else get a Verizon phone from a Samsung order yet? I see lots of people getting theirs, but I know many are unlocked. Any carrier branded ones arriving or shipping out?

Honestly, this will probably be the last time I order directly through Samsung.
Most of the people that ordered through their carrier already received their phone. Also, people that ordered from Samsung way later than most of us already received it.
They sure were quick to send out the financing letter though! Already have my auto-pay set up and don't even have the product from which I financed.

But the promised by date from Samsung is 3/5, so it has to ship today to make it by that date.
I haven't been charged. The last Samsung rep I talked to told me I would get charged after delivery. Starting to believe that.
That carrier excuse is bull. I ordered a T-Mobile S20+ from them and there are plenty of people who ordered from T-Mobile and have their phones.

Doesnt look that way. I am still waiting for my Verizon 128GB S20 Ultra. I have seen others here with ATT, and TMO phones, of various sizes, still waiting.

In my case it seems as though others have received their TMO S20+. And as others and I have reported, Samsung's "Customer Care" is less than helpful. It's almost as if they have a selection of 6 answers they are allowed to give.
