Samsung.com Orders

I preodered on the 21st and sadly even though i have an expected delivery date for 3/5 i still havent received shipping information. Is this odd?
 
In my case it seems as though others have received their TMO S20+. And as others and I have reported, Samsung's "Customer Care" is less than helpful. It's almost as if they have a selection of 6 answers they are allowed to give.
And it's never someone in the US so I doubt they have real answers to give.
 
My phone seems to be stuck in Memphis. It was scheduled to be delivered today but no tracking update since Monday at 8:21pm. My galaxy buds that were shipped in a different package at same time though are now out for delivery.

That's weird. My Fed Ex tracking now shows only 1lb instead of 2lbs. 10x6 box though. Guessing it's not the phone and just the Buds. Bummer.
 
Four FedEx tracking numbers created. Two cancelled. 2 now say 2lbs. One is for delivery today (no progress) and the other for delivery on Friday. Lol. Both 2lbs packages require signature. On a brighter note samsung emailed a fedex tracking number not showing up on fedex site at all. Get it together Samsung lol
 
One way to know if it's the phone or not is the phone will require a signature. The accessories don't require one.
 
Morning y'all... This was my first time ordering directly from Samsung and I don't think I'll do it again. Especially since I prefer UPS over FedEx for packages, since I have more control and communication with UPS.

I have 2 tracking numbers this morning that just say label created, 1 requires signature and the other doesn't. I called FedEx because the estimated delivery date I won't be home to sign for it. They can't give me pick up options until the package is received and scanned by them. If it does go out for delivery on Friday I might just leave work early if I can't get good information on them holding it for me to pick up.

When I ordered my S9 direct from T-Mobile it came earlier then expected though UPS. At least all my cases and nano liquid screen protection are in already and ready to roll. Happy waiting friends lol
 
I got my unlocked ultra yesterday. I ordered about 30 minutes after they let you and did not pay the extra $14 for faster shipping. I am happy to get my phone before Friday.

I will say I am sorry for those having issues and not getting their phones yet.

So far I am loving this phone. The 120 refresh rate is so nice and smooth! Worth it! I will be testing the battery life today Wednesday. Enjoy everyone!
 
Mine says delivery today, but tracking still shows it in Memphis, so who knows. I am not going to be upset I don't get it today,I just want to know if I need someone there to sign for it. I printed the FedEx tracking sheet and signed that for them to leave, they've done that before, so who knows
 
For those who ordered very early in the pre order period and still haven't got the phone, are you sure there aren't any issues when they try to charge whatever payment method you have? I know may be the reps are saying no everything is fine it'll ship but I doubt since it should have shipped by now if everything was fine. Definitely something wrong happened when they tried to charge and ship. My suggestion is tell them you want to escalate this and try to speak to a manager or someone higher up to see why it's not shipped. Or also contact your credit card/bank to check if they declined any charge within the last week or so. Sorry, it's not shipped yet but I suspect there is something else wrong with your orders and the clueless Samsung reps aren't giving the correct answers.

I actually got a call from my bank the next day about fraud and I had to tell them it was okay and I authorize the charge. Perhaps this has happened to some.
 
I am starting to doubt that I was speaking with an actual human through chat. The answers were so canned.
I called this morning instead of chatting again and it was someone in the US. They had a southern accent so I assume so anyway lol. The guy told me everything that is still in the warehouse is going to be picked up today because this is the last day they have to get all orders out. I'm going to try to believe that and hope to get some sort of tracking today.

In my case, I used Samsung Financing. Never got any indication it got denied, even received my welcome letter and account details on Monday. I can see on my credit report where the inquiry was done and was successful. They certainly seem to be in a hurry to get my money!

This happened to me on the night I pre-ordered. I got an email from my bank about fraud and to click yes or no if I had been the one to make these charges. I clicked yes and then my order went through and I had the pending charge. My buds shipped so I don't think that would be the case because they wouldn't have shipped anything.
 
Hmm very strange. It seems random then with who and when will get their phones? That's too bad.
