After reading this thread and the signal strength thread I canceled the order I gave earlier today. I'll just keep my Note 10+ (not 5G) and save the $500 it's costing after trade-in. I'm T-Mobile and they do have the 5G service where I live, but where I live I'm on wifi all the time anyway. My speed at home on 4G

I'm starting to wonder why T-Mobile made 600Mhz the back bone for there 5G when it's mostly on par are slower than their 4G. I constantly get 90mps+ on my tab S6... The connection has been consistent but over nothing different in terms of speed.

Just sent an email to the CEO of Samsung USA. I would recommend everyone with a customer service issue do the same. These emails do get read by his executive support personnel and they do get addressed.

Mine said the same however it's showing on FedEx as tomorrow delivery

Yeah unfortunately I'm getting it shipped to work so can't see it. No label yet. They were fast with my ultra I returned so we'll see.

Got phone on 3-2 and just now (3-5) got shipping notice on all 3 free accessories..to be delivered tomorrow. Maybe there catching up?

I went ahead and just ordered mines - Galaxy S20 5G 128GB (T-Mobile), expected to be delivered by March 12th. Did the trade-in offer for S10 for $600 and got $135 instant credit used towards Galaxy Buds+

Latest update: Still no information and Samsung customer service is still clueless. So I guess my order will miss the official release date. At this point, will I get my phone before the Galaxy 21 release? Who knows?

Is there still anyone left besides me and kcodya who have no update at all? Same 3 labels in Fedex not picked up. All the delivery dates have passed. No word from Samsung, no progress with customer service. Can't cancel (I was told best I can do is refuse shipment), can't walk-in and buy as Verizon already has a pending update with no info on that end either. Stuck in limbo.

My fedex account shows a label created but no movement but supposed to arrive by end of the day. Some others have had it show nothing only
To get it without any notification

I don't know if you're also on Verizon... I tried to check my "documents and receipts" in my Verizon wireless account and there is a Device Payment Plan and a Purchase Receipt document in my account dated Feb 21 (when I preordered), but when I clicked on it, it opened empty documents, nothing showing. So just to check all bases, I just chatted with a Verizon rep to see if the problem is on their end.

He said he does see a pending upgrade on my line, but it has no new device associated with it, as if there's an upgrade order with no new phone. He canceled the pending order on Verizon's end and he said that should trigger Samsung to complete the process through Verizon for my line and have it shipped.

At this point, what could it hurt so I had him to do that and I'll update with anything later if it worked.

Nope I ordered the AT&T version direct from Samsung.

It'll probably trigger Samsung to just cancel the order

I was hoping that would happen with me, since i actually paid for next day and samsung shipped it 2 day anyway. But nope, its scheduled for a Monday delivery

This seems to be very common as it happened to me as well with the phone and again with accessories shipment...By the time I got a notice from Sammy or FedEx the shipment was already sent and had made it all the way to the FedEx Reginal Dist Center in Memphis and had left for my state...the alerts are very much running behind
I hope that everyone waiting for their phones will receive TODAY!

So... There were no updates to fedex tracking since Monday. Checked this morning and no updates....
BUT.. The phone was JUST delivered right now.
