Stopped as of yesterday. They'll let you feel it out but no one that purchases today qualifies for the credit. It's completely gone from Samsungs site.
You buy it go on Samsung shop get the promo there after buying from AT&T Store, my friend did this.

So basically same deal with trade in.
 
Well, I think I've reached the final stage of grief: acceptance. It doesn't matter when my order gets here, because I've decided to just return it and stick with my S10+.

Your not missing out on anything on the S20 , stay with your S10, i returned one of the S20 Ultra didn't see anything impressive, my Note10 Plus impress me a lot and it's just a better phone, so yeah like I said you aren't missing out on anything big from S20.

I've also accepted I'll have to wait. I'm coming from the S9+ so I'm really excited to get it, I just can't excuse why it hasn't shipped. So I emailed the "office of the president" of Samsung US (found the email address online, listed as a contact for consumer issues). And I actually got a quick reply and a phone call and now have a executive case manager working on getting my phone shipped. They still haven't told me what the exact delay is though. But still, at least I'm confident someone is looking into it.
 
FedEx finally delivered it to walgreens at 7:30 this evening....nothing like waiting until the last minute for them lol. But its home and setting up now
 
Mine was cancelled, too. I found out that AT&T did not accept the financing plan, even though AT&T shows that the plan is active and I am expected to pay it. I went ahead and order outright and will have to deal with AT&T. I am not sure about your situation, but thought I would share in case it helps.
I promise you that I don't mean this sarcastically, but.... GOOD LUCK WITH AT&T!! On the first day that pre-orders went live, I ordered an AT&T S20 Ultra, but for some off reason the $235 Samsung credit cleared out and didn't apply when I checked out. I did the AT&T finance plan and it charged over $400 on my credit card (tax for the phone and the $240-ish of accessories).

When I noticed that, I canceled my order thinking I could just place a new order. How very wrong I was! AT&T (Samsung I guess) placed the installment plan on my line, which in turn made no upgrade available. At that time, I tried to order again and use the Samsung financing instead. For some reason when I did, it wouldn't allow my full trade in value for my phone.

With that being said, I went into an AT&T store the next day to see if they could remove the installment plan. They called their customer service and they couldn't do it for some reason. They kept saying the installment plan was pending and they couldn't remove it yet.

Fast forward to 2 more trips to stores and multiple phone calls, and they still couldn't fix it. They all gave up so they opened a case with their "back office". They said it would take 3-5 business days.

5 business days later and it still wasn't fixed. I had to post on Twitter to get them to even acknowledge me. They did and the communication with that team starts. During this time I tried Samsung financing again and this time they offered full trade in value and I ordered the phone that way. Received the phone this past Wednesday, so it all worked out.

Meanwhile it took over a week for AT&T to finally remove that installment plan off my line.

Sorry for the long story, but it was a massive joke. The company themselves couldn't even remove an installment plan that wasn't supposed to be there.

Well my phone just got to New Jersey. So now it just has to head back down south to Maryland. Hopefully still at least on track to get it Monday.
 
Samsung shipment notification came last night. delivery on Monday. However I'll.be rejecting it. I ended up getting one via ATT store.

I would suggest receiving the device and initiating return request. Much easier return path with RMA number than rejecting deliver for refund. I believe the RMA route is much faster. May be check with Samsung on which one they suggest.
 
For those that used the Rakuten for 10% back, did you get a pending amount on it? I received notice that "Samsung did not provide Cash Back for this purchase". Kinda blows was expecting at least $80.

So rechecked and although still pending it has the amount of my purchase and says that it should post by the 16th...Screenshot_20200308-082949_Rakuten.jpeg
 
I almost cancelled my order and reordered thru that for the discount. Glad I didn't waste the time on it now

Even though you missed out on the deal, your order would have taken longer to arrive had you cancelled and then reordered! I too think you made the right call. :)
