Ugh... If I try to pre-order the S20 Ultra from Samsung.com, it's reporting that I'm going to have a $7.99 monthly Spending Limit Fee. If I go through the process on Verizon's website, it says nothing about that. I read that you get $300 a month limit for devices, I'm not even close to that... Guess I'll try this again tomorrow. Maybe that extra $35 will show up.

I had the same thing. Went to Best buy site and had no issues. Verizon doesn't communicate with Samsung like best buy can thru the computers. I imagine that's why they wanted a credit card, because it says on Samsung payment page that if Verizon does not approve your payment program they will convert to full payment. So imagine Samsung is going to put a hold on your card tonight if you proceed. I'm not going to get involved with that with Samsung. Samsung needs to make it simple... If carrier doesn't approve then ask for payment or cancel order. All they need now is the tax and anything you purchased

I still haven't received the email from Samsung to order. It doesn't give me my extra discount if I try and place it either. This is a mess.

I dont know how they could honor it after the fact unless you cancel your preorder. I dont think it's worth for me because I got 10 percent cash back with Rakuten and I dont think the 35 bonus credit works through the Rakuten link.

I reserved cloud blue 20+, 256gb but may drop down to 128gb just depends on how I feel.

Go with the 256GB the 128 is great but you want the most amount of space for internal storage

I got the Samsung email this morning for my extra $35, total credit now $235, and can confirm that clicking that email, going to Samsung, I could pre-order and get my 10% from Rakuten. They definitely work together if you waited for the email.

Hi all, I received the email at 6 a.m. this morning but I ordered last night
At first my free credits did not show the extra $25. But I logged out of the Shop Samsung App and then logged back in and the extra $25 was then added.
Got a lot of cool extras this year!

You can have Rakuten as a chrome add on so it automatically pops up when you go to Samsung and any other site that has a cashback offer. I use it for other sites like lowes, home depot, and best buy.

Now I have to figure out if I get my used Samsung points back if I cancel. Not sure it's worth the effort because theres a pending charge against my account and I dont have enough to cover a second order if it takes awhile to dissapear. Dont want to lose my place in time.

Got the email for the extra $35. Couldnt get it to work with Rakuten 10% CB tho

I couldnt get the Active2 by itself. Kept saying it was sold out. But they had a value pack with a wireless charger for $5 more. So got that with it

I've tried the Samsung VM many times without luck. It couldn't communicate with AT&T VM server. Deleted the app and reinstalled without luck.

Strange , I've used it all the time .
