Ditto for all the panicking, it left Memphis, Tenn 5pm Sunday. No updates at all. Suppose to be delivered today before 4:30pm.
Then my watch tracking says only the label was created. Still hasn't shipped. Suppose to be delivered tomorrow 3/4.

I wish my phone had made it out of Texas already. It will be a minor miracle if it gets here tomorrow as originally scheduled.

So Far The Battery Life Sucks On S20 Ultra , My Note10 Plus Battery Life is 10x better, But let me let it settle down for a week to see if that changes.

Did they send you a box to send in your trade in when you got your S20? Or do they send it separately?

Wait a second, I thought why the hell Samsung hasn't charged even though my order is delivering Tuesday. I looked at my credit card transactions again and the charge is posted on Feb 21

I'm pretty sure that was authorization when it was initially ordered and fell off after few days. What kind of transaction trickery is it that it magically again showed up

When they initially authorize the payment, they get a transaction number. When they process the payment, they do it on that same transaction number, completing that payment, so it doesn't show as a new charge.

Bottom two: So I ordered within 90 minutes of preorders opening on Feb 21, over the last few days I get TWO labels created for the phone, not yet picked up...

Top three: My wife buys three different pairs of shoes from DSW on Saturday and those are already on the way...

Mine has been stuck at label created for 3 days with nothing. Chatted with Samsung just to make sure there is nothing wrong with the order and they say it's fine, no holds or anything so I guess we just wait.

Me too. It says it is supposed to be delivered today, but it has not moved since the label was created on Sunday. I just want to know when it will really be delivered.

Chatted with Samsung just for the hell of it, not much but at least they said it's not on a hold or anything and it was sent to fulfillment which means were just waiting on Fedex then.

They then created another label on Sunday night for delivery today, but I am stuck at label created and the phone hasn't even been picked up yet, due for delivery today. Hoping they actually pick it up today and deliver tomorrow, but frustrating to say the least.

Fedex has a history of no updating their shipping status and then your package just shows up
